I didn't even download it, it looks really cool! Don't mind those jerks that are saying it is bad, as long as it is open-source, you are allowed to use copyrighted media. (You must also not claim that the rights are yours)

Uses copyrighted media (against Bethesda's EULA). Very poor "work", appears abandoned(?), no real connection to Morrowind/Elder Scrolls games.
